These terms govern your use of AURIDEI, a web app operated by Soursop, LLC ("we," "us," "AURIDEI") that lets you browse and listen to internet radio stations from around the world on a 3D globe. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AURIDEI.
AURIDEI is a directory. It helps you find and connect to radio stations that are broadcast independently by their own operators, all over the world. When you play a station, your browser connects directly to that station's own stream — AURIDEI does not create, host, own, or control any station's content, and we have no editorial say over what any station broadcasts. Radio is a live, unmoderated medium: content can include language, subject matter, or material you might find objectionable, and we cannot review or vouch for what any station will play at any given time.
If a station is broadcasting something illegal, infringing, or otherwise problematic, please use the Report / Remove a Station link (in the console bar, next to the account icon) to let us know — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that.
Broadcasting and rebroadcasting rights for radio content vary by country, and some jurisdictions apply licensing rules to services that connect listeners to stations outside their home country, even when — as with AURIDEI — no audio passes through our servers and we don't rebroadcast anything ourselves. Because of this, some stations, or non-domestic stations generally, may not be available to you depending on where you're located, and we may restrict, filter, or geo-limit access at any time to comply with applicable law. We'll aim to keep as much of AURIDEI available to as many people as possible, but availability isn't guaranteed for any specific station or region.
AURIDEI is not directed at children under 13, and it isn't intended for use by children without parental supervision, given the unmoderated nature of live radio. By using the app, you're representing that you meet the minimum age for this to apply in your jurisdiction.
Creating an account is optional. Some features work without one; others require signing in — the app tells you which is which. You're responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us using the details below.
The app may be in a limited private-beta period where most features require an account while we finish testing. This is a temporary, evolving state, not a permanent restriction — we may change which features require an account as the app develops.
Liking a station is a public action, visible to everyone using the app, distinct from your private Favorites list. Don't treat a like as private — it isn't.

AURIDEI is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Radio streams are run by independent third parties and can go offline, change, or become unavailable at any time without notice — we do what we reasonably can to detect and route around dead streams, but we can't guarantee any specific station will always be reachable. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soursop, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AURIDEI, including damages related to third-party station content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the past twelve months — which for most users, since the app is free, is zero.
AURIDEI relies on a number of outside services to work — see the Privacy Policy for the full list. Their availability, terms, and practices are their own; we aren't responsible for their performance or content.
We may update AURIDEI or these terms as the app develops. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to AURIDEI, for any user, if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated. You can stop using the app, and delete your account, at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
